Warranty Coverage

All our pure handmade goods enjoy a 6-month official warranty counting from purchase date. The warranty covers manufacturing defects including uneven carving, broken stitching, incomplete metal casting, flawed ceramic glaze and print production errors caused by artisan processing.

Excluded Conditions

Damage from improper cleaning, long soaking, high temperature exposure, violent collision, surface scratch, chemical oxidation, accidental drop and inappropriate storage will not be covered for free repair or replacement. Natural wood grain difference, tiny uneven handcraft traces, slight color variation of hand-dyed textiles are inherent unique craft features and not defined as defects.

After-Sales Process

If you confirm a production defect within warranty period, please provide your order number and clear product photos. We offer free repair or equivalent replacement based on actual conditions. All return shipping fees for defective items are borne by us.

Out-of-Warranty Service

After the 6-month warranty expires, we still provide paid repair service for all handmade goods; all material costs and delivery fees shall be undertaken by customers.
